A Local Guide to the Culinary and Creative Scene of Kingston, Jamaica🇯🇲
My father was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and I attended my last year of elementary and my first 3 years of high school there. Over the years, I have visited numerous times to visit lots of relatives on both sides of my family. In the last year of my father’s life he had wanted to return to Kingston - from his south coast home in rural Black River - so that he could explore his old haunts, including where he lived as a child. However, that was not meant to be. So I wrote this article for my father, and I wish he was alive to read it. I hope you enjoy it.
